Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is DuPonti s.r.o., Kaprova 42/14, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 02809931, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague. Contact: hello@manofcaliber.com.

What we collect and why

When you buy: your email address, what you bought, the price, the payment method and its status, and the time. We need this to deliver the files, answer you, handle refunds and keep the accounting records the law requires (legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligation).

When you ask for your short score by email: your email address and your five scores, to send you the result and Chapter 1, and an occasional email after that. You can stop them with one click (legal basis: your consent).

If you arrive through a partner's link, we record which partner referred you, so the referral can be honoured (legal basis: legitimate interest).

We don't collect your name, address or phone number, and we don't build advertising profiles.

Who processes it for us

Stripe (card payments) and NOWPayments (crypto payments) process your payment under their own privacy policies; we receive only the result and your email. Resend sends our emails. Supabase stores order data in the EU. Vercel hosts the site.

If we measure visits, we use Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects no personal data. There is no cookie banner because there are no tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires, up to ten years. Score emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@manofcaliber.com. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz) or the authority in your country.
