Who sells

The Caliber Set is sold by DuPonti s.r.o., Kaprova 42/14, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 02809931, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague ("we"). Garren James is the author's pen name. You can reach us at hello@manofcaliber.com.

What you buy

The Caliber Set is digital content: the book Man of Caliber: The Five Signals Women Read in a Man as PDF and EPUB, and The Caliber Workbook as printable PDF in A4 and US Letter. Nothing is shipped.

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to read the files and print the workbook for your own use. You may not resell, share, upload or distribute the files. The text remains the author's copyright.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the page before you pay, in US dollars, and is final. No VAT or sales tax is added. Payment is one-time; there is no subscription and nothing renews.

You pay by card through Stripe or in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. We never see or store your card details. Your bank or wallet may charge its own conversion or network fees.

Delivery

The download links are sent to the email address you give at checkout, usually within a minute of payment, and are also shown on the page you return to after paying. Crypto payments are delivered once the network confirms them. If nothing arrives within an hour, write to us.

Download links are personal. We limit how many times they can be used and replace them on request.

Your right to withdraw and our refund

Under EU consumer law, the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content ends once delivery starts with your consent. We go further: within 14 days of purchase you can ask for a full refund for any reason, or none, by writing to us. See the refund policy.

What the book is and isn't

The book offers general guidance on health, fitness, money and relationships. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and doesn't replace a professional who knows your situation. Results depend on what you do with it; we don't promise any particular outcome.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the price you paid, except where the law does not allow it to be limited, such as for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Complaints and disputes

If something is wrong with the files, write to hello@manofcaliber.com and we will fix it or refund you. Consumers in the Czech Republic may also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz) for out-of-court resolution.

These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country.
